At Xiamen Everpal Trade Co., Ltd., we strive to deliver your footwear products as quickly and efficiently as possible. We proudly ship both domestically and internationally to meet the needs of our global clients.
Order Processing Time
- Standard products: 3–5 business days to process after order confirmation.
- OEM/ODM or custom orders: 15–30 business days depending on design complexity and quantity.
- Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Time
- Express Delivery (DHL, FedEx, UPS): 3–7 business days.
- Air Freight: 5–15 business days depending on region.
- Sea Freight: 20–45 business days based on destination port.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on customs clearance, weather conditions, and logistics delays beyond our control.
Shipping Costs
Shipping charges are calculated based on order weight, size, destination, and delivery method. For large-volume or B2B orders, our sales representative will offer a shipping quotation upon confirmation.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
International orders may be subject to import duties, customs fees, or taxes imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend consulting your local customs office for more details.
Return & Exchange Policy
We value your satisfaction and aim to deliver high-quality products every time. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your order, please read the return conditions below:
Eligibility for Return
- Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt.
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in the original packaging with all labels intact.
- Customized or OEM/ODM products are non-refundable unless there is a manufacturing defect.
Return Process

- Include your order number, product name, and reason for return.
- Once approved, we will provide you with the return shipping address and instructions.
- Customer is responsible for return shipping unless the item was damaged or defective upon arrival.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the refund approval status. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We offer exchanges for size or color differences, subject to availability. Please contact us in advance to confirm stock before sending the item back.
Damaged or Defective Products
If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receipt with photos of the issue. We will offer a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
Order Cancellations
- Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of placement for a full refund.
- After 24 hours, cancellations may not be possible if the order has already been processed or shipped.
Return Address
Returns must be sent to our designated warehouse. Please contact us before returning any items to receive the appropriate return address based on your region.
